Built by someone who carries it too

Where this came from:

A couple of years ago I attended a women's conference in Boston and heard a speaker talk about the invisible work: the mental load that quietly sits on women's shoulders every single day. Not just the tasks themselves, but the planning, the tracking, the remembering. All of it, mostly unspoken, mostly unshared.
It stuck with me. So I went looking for what women were actually saying about it. I posted a question in a mom group with over 20,000 members: "If you could outsource one part of running your household, what would it be?" The thread took off. Over 200 women responded and the answers were honest, specific, and a little exhausting to read.

"Someone to come after the kids get out the door and tidy up the chaos that occurred during the morning hustle."

"The decision on what to cook. So the planning, the shopping, and the cooking. The amount of hours I spend blows my mind."

"Contacting, scheduling, and being there for repairs, handyman hours, maintenance appointments."

"The Sunday reset - so that Sundays could actually be relaxing instead of getting ready for the week."

"I basically want my time off work free from doing anything but what my heart desires."

"I tell my husband all the time that I need a wife."
Multiple women said some version of this. That's what Anchored is.

Not an app. Not a cleaning company. A real person who learns how your household runs, anticipates what's needed, and handles the details so you can be present for the parts of your life that matter.

The quiet advantage

The background behind the business

I didn't build Anchored from theory. I built it from over a decade of hands-on experience supporting some of the most demanding households, executives, and organizations in Greater Boston.
